Panther Strong 2023 is Palm Beach State College’s five-year strategic plan.  This video highlights the College Mission, Vison, and Values and the promise of a student experience advancing student success.  The plan highlights the 3 goals of Engage, Expand, and Excel and the 9 strategies and 12 outcomes driving the plan.  The plan is focused on the creation of innovative programs and courses, innovative services, innovative technologies, etc. to achieve our goals.
